QIAseq UDI Y-Adapter Kit (24)

QIAGEN's unique dual-index (UDI) Y-adapter set provides pre-annealed Y-adapters with UDI sequences designed to reduce index hopping and enable confident sample demultiplexing on Illumina platforms. The ready-to-use adapters simplify ligation-based library workflows and are pre-formatted for ligation into standard library protocols, reducing cross-sample index misassignment.

These dual bar-coded Unique Dual Sample Index Y-adapters are supplied in plate-format and are intended for use with ligation-based NGS library preparation workflows. They can be ordered separately to complement the QIAseq Ultralow Input Library Kit workflow.
