A fusion gene profiling panel from QIAGEN, part of the QIAseq Targeted Panel family built on molecular barcode (tag)-based digital sequencing for target enrichment and library preparation. The panel is designed for fusion gene profiling workflows and is configured to be used together with a compatible Index kit.

Key features of the QIAseq Targeted Panel platform include molecular barcoding of targets prior to amplification to prevent PCR duplication, single primer extension that supports copy number variation analysis and high GC-rich region coverage, availability of human DNA, RNA, and RNAscan cataloged panels alongside custom panel options, high uniformity and sensitivity, reagents dedicated to Illumina and Ion Torrent instruments, and an easy-to-use cloud-based data analysis platform.
