Targeted RNA sequencing with molecular barcoding for mouse immunology research — this QIAGEN QIAseq Mouse TCR Panel delivers quantitative profiling of T cell receptor transcripts in murine samples. The panel targets TCRα and TCRβ chain sequences and uses Unique Molecular Indices (UMIs) to correct for PCR duplicates, supporting accurate clonality assessment, repertoire diversity analysis, and clonal expansion studies.

The multiplex format provides 96 unique indexes per kit, enabling parallel processing of dozens of mouse samples per sequencing run on Illumina platforms. Recommended input is 10 ng to 1 µg of total RNA, with libraries generated through an integrated reverse transcription, targeted enrichment, and indexing workflow. Reaction components include the gene-specific primer panel, UMI-containing adapters, and PCR reagents for library amplification.

Aliquot reagents upon receipt and store at -30°C to -15°C; reagents tolerate multiple freeze-thaw cycles when handled properly. Each panel is intended for research use only and supports applications including immune repertoire characterization in mouse models of infection, autoimmunity, transplant rejection, and tumor immunology. Single-use reaction tubes help ensure reproducible performance across runs, and the workflow performs reliably with RNA derived from splenocytes, lymph node tissue, or peripheral blood.
