QIAseq Targeted RNA Panel Mouse TCR (12)

This targeted next-generation sequencing solution from QIAGEN supports characterization of the expressed mouse T-cell receptor, covering four distinct genes: TCR-alpha, TCR-beta, TCR-gamma and TCR-delta. The kit includes enzymes, buffers, and panels for each of these four TCR subunits, allowing enrichment of TCR α, β, γ and δ subunits individually or combined in a single reaction. It incorporates unique molecular indices (UMIs) to support accurate and sensitive characterization of the immune repertoire in cells and tissues starting from 200 pg to 1000 ng of total RNA. The workflow uses TCR-specific cDNA synthesis combined with QIAseq enrichment technology, designed to improve amplification uniformity compared to multiplexed PCR-based V and J primer pools. UMIs are assigned prior to target enrichment and library amplification to reduce amplification bias and enable clonotype and repertoire diversity assessment. The kit is intended for molecular biology applications and is not for the diagnosis, prevention, or treatment of a disease. Data analysis is supported through QIAGEN's GeneGlobe Analyze, where FASTQ files can be uploaded, or through QIAGEN Genomics Workbench for customized analysis with desktop and server support.
