QIAseq Targeted RNA Panel Human TCR (96)

This targeted RNA panel from QIAGEN supports human T cell receptor sequencing in RNA expression applications, as part of the QIAseq Immune Repertoire RNA Library Kits portfolio. It is designed for TCR-seq and TCR RNAseq workflows to characterize the immune repertoire, including VDJ recombination and CDR3 regions.

The panel provides targeted assays for the TCR-alpha, TCR-beta, TCR-gamma and TCR-delta chains for profiling of T cell receptor diversity. The corresponding QIAseq Immune Repertoire RNA Library Kit includes enzymes, buffers and the TCR-alpha, TCR-beta, TCR-gamma and TCR-delta panels.
