QIAseq Targeted RNA Custom Panel (384) - 0 - 50 genes

Built on Unique Molecular Index (UMI) technology, this targeted RNA sequencing kit from QIAGEN supports accurate digital profiling of up to 50 user-defined genes in a 384-reaction format. Each cDNA molecule receives a randomized molecular barcode before target enrichment, enabling PCR-duplicate removal, elimination of amplification bias, and true transcript counting.
