Part of QIAGEN's QIAseq Targeted RNA Custom Panels and Indices product line, this index kit is designed for highly accurate gene expression quantification using unique molecular indices (UMIs). The product line provides sample indexes for targeted RNA sequencing on Ion Torrent platforms (array format) as well as on Illumina platforms (array and tube formats), along with the primers needed for sequencing RNA libraries generated by QIAseq Targeted RNA Panels on Illumina instruments.
