QIAseq Targeted RNA 96-Index HT L (384)

QIAGEN's QIAseq Targeted RNA 96-Index HT L is designed for highly accurate gene expression quantification using UMIs. The kit contains sample indexes—enough for a total of 384 samples—for indexing up to 96 samples for targeted RNA sequencing workflows.

It is offered in formats tailored to different sequencing platforms. For Ion Torrent platforms, the kit is supplied in array format. For Illumina platforms, it is available in both array format and tube format. The Illumina versions also include the primers necessary for sequencing RNA libraries generated by QIAseq Targeted RNA Panels on Illumina platforms.
