QIAseq Targeted Methyl 96 Index Set A

Part of the QIAseq Targeted Methyl workflow from QIAGEN, this index set supports targeted methylation library preparation for use with Illumina sequencing. The set is intended for multiplexed processing of samples within QIAseq Targeted Methyl Panel workflows and is one of four index sets (A, B, C, D) used together to enable multiplexing of more samples. Data analysis is supported by separately available pre-built pipelines in the QIAGEN CLC Genomics Workbench and the GeneGlobe Data Analysis Center. The product is intended for molecular biology applications and is not intended for the diagnosis, prevention, or treatment of a disease.
