QIAGEN's QIAseq Targeted DNA Pro UDI Set A is part of the QIAseq Targeted DNA Pro Custom Panels product line, developed for targeted DNA next-generation sequencing (NGS). The set contains unique dual-indexed primers intended for indexing samples during QIAseq Targeted DNA Pro Panel sequencing on Illumina platforms, and is used in combination with QIAseq Targeted Pro Panel Unique Dual-Index primers for Illumina sequencing systems.

Within the broader QIAseq Targeted DNA Pro Custom Panels portfolio, integrated unique molecular indices (UMIs) support ultrasensitive variant detection of genetic variations including somatic mutations, single nucleotide polymorphisms, copy number variation and small insertions/deletions. The panels are compatible with diverse sample types and are optimized for both Illumina and Ion Torrent NGS platforms.
