QIAseq targeted DNA HC panel (12)

QIAGEN engineered this high-coverage (HC) targeted DNA panel for ultrasensitive targeted next-generation sequencing of DNA on Illumina NGS systems. The panel combines targeted enrichment with molecular indexing to support detection of low-frequency variants and confident variant calls in clinical research and advanced genomics studies. It is built for deep sequencing applications that require reliable identification of rare alleles.

Most kit reagents are shipped on dry ice and stored at –30 to –15°C in a constant-temperature freezer. The QIAseq Beads and Ligation Solution are shipped on cold packs; the beads are stored at 2–8°C, while the Ligation Solution must be transferred to a –30 to –15°C freezer immediately upon receipt.
