QIAseq Stranded mRNA Lib Kit UDI-B (96)

A stranded mRNA library preparation kit from QIAGEN for next-generation sequencing on Illumina instruments. The workflow enriches polyadenylated RNA from total RNA and constructs strand-specific RNA-seq libraries using Unique Dual Index (UDI) adapters supplied on a pierceable Y-Adapter plate. The kit enables one-day NGS library construction and supports fragmentation, reverse transcription, second-strand synthesis combined with end-repair and A-addition, strand-specific adapter ligation, and CleanStart PCR enrichment, with magnetic QIAseq Beads included for cleanup between reactions.

The QIAseq Stranded mRNA Enrichment Kit supplies Pure mRNA Beads along with binding, wash, and elution buffers plus RNase-free water for poly(A)+ RNA isolation. The QIAseq Stranded RNA Lib Enzyme Kit provides reverse transcriptase and buffer, RNase inhibitor, second-strand synthesis buffer and enzyme mix, DTT, ultralow input ligase and ligation buffer, primer mix, HiFi PCR master mix, CleanStart PCR mix and primer mix, and ligation initiator. The product is intended for molecular biology applications and is not intended for the diagnosis, prevention, or treatment of a disease. Each lot is tested against predetermined specifications under QIAGEN's ISO-certified Quality Management System.

Storage requirements: Buffers mRBB and Pure mRNA Beads at 2–8°C (do not freeze); Buffer OW2, RNase-Free Water, and Buffer OEB at room temperature (15–25°C); QIAseq Stranded RNA Lib Enzyme Kit at −30 to −15°C; QIAseq UDI Y-Adapter Kit at −30 to −15°C; QIAseq Beads at 2–8°C (do not freeze). Do not use expired beads as this will significantly reduce library yield.
