QIAseq Single Cell RNA Lib Kit UDIB (96)

This single-cell library kit from QIAGEN is designed for RNA-seq library construction from single cells and low-input RNA samples, for use on Illumina next-generation sequencing instruments. The kit incorporates Unique Dual Indexes (set B) and applies multiple-displacement amplification (MDA) with a HiFi polymerase to uniformly amplify cDNA and minimize the incorporation of amplification errors.

The streamlined workflow features a one-tube library preparation protocol that eliminates sample cleanup between steps, helping to minimize starting material loss and cross-contamination risk, while enabling PCR-free NGS library construction that reduces PCR-induced duplication and PCR-based errors. The procedure proceeds through cell lysis and gDNA removal, reverse transcription for 60 minutes with Quantiscript RT Enzyme Mix, cDNA ligation for 30 minutes, and isothermal cDNA amplification for 120 minutes, generating NGS-ready libraries in just one working day.
