A single-cell DNA library preparation kit from QIAGEN designed for indexed genomic library construction from low-input samples. The chemistry is optimized for handling very small starting material, including single cells and limited cell populations, while supporting reliable multiplexing on Illumina-compatible sequencers.

The kit provides reagents for amplification, library construction and D-set unique dual index (UDI) tagging, addressing single-cell genome and targeted applications such as profiling of chromosomal variants, copy number variations and mutations. According to the supplier, the integrated workflow — from amplification through to finished library — can be completed within four hours and is operated in a PCR-free manner.
