QIAseq Single Cell DNA Lib Kit UDIA (96)

A single-cell DNA library preparation kit from QIAGEN designed to construct indexed genomic libraries from single cells and low-input DNA samples for next-generation sequencing on Illumina instruments. The kit uses multiple displacement amplification (MDA) technology (REPLI-g) combined with enzymatic fragmentation (QIAseq FX technology) in a fully enzymatic, PCR-free workflow that does not require PCR-based library enrichment. The high-fidelity REPLI-g SC DNA Polymerase has 1000-fold higher fidelity than Taq polymerase with 3' to 5' proofreading activity, providing high yields of uniformly amplified DNA and comprehensive genome coverage with negligible sequence bias.

The isothermal whole-genome amplification reaction proceeds for 2 hours at 30°C, and the complete workflow generates sequencing-ready libraries in less than 3.5 hours. The kit uses unique dual indices (UDI) for reliable multiplexing on Illumina NGS platforms and is suited for molecular biology applications such as single-cell genome sequencing, CNV profiling, and downstream NGS workflows. The product is intended for molecular biology applications and is not intended for the diagnosis, prevention or treatment of a disease. Storage requires the enzyme kit and UDI Y-adapter kit at –30 to –15°C, with QIAseq Beads stored at 2–8°C.
