QIAseq Multimodal Index I Set B SW (96)

QIAGEN index adapters provide multiplexing capability for the QIAseq Multimodal Panel workflow on Illumina sequencing platforms. This index set supports separate enrichment workflows for multimodal library preparation and is the second of two sets required for multiplexing samples within the QIAseq Pan Cancer Multimodal system. Used in conjunction with a consolidated one-day workflow that begins with total nucleic acids (as little as 10 ng), the panel prepares targeted DNA and RNA libraries containing Unique Molecular Indices (UMIs) for Illumina platforms. The QIAseq Pan Cancer Multimodal Panel delivers comprehensive coverage, including 523 DNA gene targets, 56 RNA fusion gene targets, and 26 microsatellite instability (MSI) loci, enabling detection of single nucleotide polymorphisms, insertions and deletions, copy number variations, gene fusions, exon skipping events, and alternatively spliced variants. Unique Dual Indices (UDIs) reduce index hopping, and UMIs enable confident detection of low-frequency variants. Compatible Illumina sequencers include MiniSeq, MiSeq, NextSeq, HiSeq, and NovaSeq systems, with data analysis supported by CLC Genomics Workbench and QCI Interpret for QIAseq.
