QIAseq Multimodal HC Panel (12)

QIAGEN's QIAseq Multimodal HC Panel provides a one-day, consolidated next-generation sequencing workflow for simultaneous genomic profiling of DNA variants, RNA fusions, and tumor mutational burden (TMB) and microsatellite instability (MSI) status in solid tumors and heme malignancies. Unlike alternative approaches that require two separate workflows, the panel begins with total nucleic acids (or DNA + RNA) and prepares targeted DNA and RNA libraries containing Unique Molecular Indices (UMIs) and Unique Dual Indices (UDIs) for Illumina platforms in a single day, reducing user interventions by 50%.

The panel is designed for use with low-yield and poor-quality samples such as FFPE, with a library insert size of approximately 150 bp, and as little as 10 ng of total nucleic acid can serve as input. Coverage includes 523 DNA gene targets for SNP, InDel, and copy number variation detection, 56 RNA fusion gene targets for fusion, exon skipping, and alternatively spliced variant detection, and 26 microsatellite instability loci. Sequencing-ready libraries are compatible with Illumina sequencers including MiniSeq, MiSeq, NextSeq, HiSeq, and NovaSeq. Data analysis can be performed using CLC Genomics Workbench, with interpretation supported by QCI Interpret for QIAseq.
