QIAseq miRNA Library QC PCR Panel Kit

From QIAGEN, this 384-well-plate format kit provides sample- and sequencing-library quality-control data by enabling assessment of the reproducibility and linearity of spike-ins incorporated into a library, with NGS reads mapped to these exogenous sequences after sequencing. The kit includes enzyme mix (10x concentrated, supplied as 2 x 24 µL), 5x reaction buffer (128 µL), UniSp-6 RNA spike-in template (lyophilized, 12 fmol), QIAseq NGS Spike-ins comprising 52 RNAs (5' phosphorylated, dried down), the 384-well preconfigured PCR panel plate, and nuclease-free water (1 mL).

The ready-to-use PCR panels are shipped at room temperature (15–25°C) and can be stored at 4°C for at least 6 months, while the QIAseq miRNA Library QC Spike-ins are shipped on dry ice and should be stored at –20°C in aliquots to avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles. Plate formats E and G are offered for real-time cyclers including the Applied Biosystems 7900HT (384-well block), ViiA 7 (384-well block), Bio-Rad CFX384, and Roche LightCycler 480 (384-well block). The preconfigured panel layout includes assays targeting miR-23a-3p, miR-30c-5p, miR-451a, UniSp-6, UniSp-100, and UniSp-101. The kit is intended for molecular biology applications and is not intended for the diagnosis, prevention or treatment of a disease.
