QIAseq miRNA 96 Index Kit UDI A–D (384)

This QIAGEN index kit supplies unique dual indices (UDIs) for sample indexing in miRNA next-generation sequencing workflows using QIAseq miRNA Library Kits. The indices are designed for use with sequencing adapters, primers and indices compatible with Illumina platforms. Sample indices are supplied as a liquid, along with the UDI 5' Adapter and the UDI RT Initiator. QIAGEN recommends that all samples in a data set use UDIs to ensure data consistency, so the protocol and sequencing remain the same across the set.
