QIAseq miRNA 96 Index Kit IL UDI-G (96)

A QIAGEN indexing kit designed for use with QIAseq miRNA library kits, providing unique dual indices for sequencing on Illumina NGS platforms. Sample indices are supplied as a liquid in hard plastic plates, together with the UDI 5' Adapter and UDI RT Initiator. To ensure data consistency, it is recommended that all samples within a dataset use unique dual indices so that the protocol and sequencing remain the same across the set. The kit extends the QIAseq miRNA Sample to Insight workflow for differential expression analysis and novel miRNA discovery using next-generation sequencing.
