QIAseq miRNA 96 Index Kit IL UDI-E (96)

From QIAGEN, this index kit is designed for use with the QIAseq miRNA Library Kit, a system for microRNA and small RNA library preparation for next-generation sequencing applications. It supplies unique dual index (UDI) reagents to support the gel-free Sample to Insight workflow for differential expression analysis and discovery of novel miRNAs.

Sequencing adapters, primers and indices in the QIAseq miRNA Library Kit are compatible with Illumina platforms, including high-throughput sequencing on Illumina NovaSeq instruments using unique dual indices. QIAGEN recommends allocating 5–10 million reads per sample, and advises that data from unique dual-indexed libraries should only be compared with other unique dual-indexed data to ensure experimental consistency. Mature miRNAs are naturally occurring 22-nucleotide non-coding RNAs that mediate posttranscriptional gene regulation, and biofluids such as serum, plasma, CSF and urine, as well as cells, fresh/frozen tissue and FFPE tissues, are compatible inputs for the QIAseq miRNA Library Kit.
