QIAGEN supplies this unique dual index (UDI) kit for sample indexing in microRNA and small RNA sequencing workflows on Illumina next-generation sequencing platforms. Designed for use with QIAseq miRNA Library Kits, the kit provides sample indices in a liquid format within hard plastic plates, together with the UDI 5' Adapter and UDI RT Initiator. QIAGEN recommends that all samples within a dataset use UDIs to maintain consistent protocol and sequencing conditions across the run.
