QIAseq miRNA 96 Index Kit IL UDI-D (96)

From QIAGEN, this index kit supplies unique dual index (UDI) adapters for indexing QIAseq miRNA libraries prepared for next-generation sequencing on Illumina platforms. The indices are provided as a liquid in a pre-plated, 96-well hard plastic plate, accompanied by the UDI 5' Adapter and UDI RT Initiator for an integrated indexing workflow.

The manufacturer recommends that all samples within a dataset use UDIs to maintain data consistency, ensuring uniform protocols and sequencing conditions across the study. QIAGEN further advises that data generated with unique dual indices should only be compared with other data produced using unique dual indices, to preserve experimental consistency.
