QIAseq miRNA 96 Index Kit IL UDI-D (96)

This unique dual index kit from QIAGEN is designed for use with QIAseq miRNA Library Kits, supporting the preparation of indexed microRNA and small RNA libraries for next-generation sequencing on Illumina platforms. It forms part of the gel-free QIAseq miRNA Sample to Insight workflow for differential expression analysis and novel discovery.

The kit supplies liquid sample indices pre-plated in a hard plastic plate format, along with the UDI 5' Adapter and UDI RT Initiator, providing adapters, primers and indices compatible with Illumina sequencing instruments.
