QIAseq miRNA 96 Index Kit IL UDI-B (96)

An index kit from QIAGEN designed to provide unique dual indices (UDIs) for microRNA sequencing libraries prepared with the QIAseq miRNA Library Kit. Sample indices are supplied as a liquid in pre-plated hard plastic plates, together with a UDI 5' Adapter and UDI RT Initiator, supporting streamlined indexing workflows for next-generation sequencing on Illumina instruments.

QIAGEN recommends that all samples within a data set use UDIs so that the protocol and sequencing remain consistent across the run. The kit supports gel-free microRNA and small RNA library preparation for differential expression analysis and the discovery of novel miRNAs using next-generation sequencing.
