QIAGEN's QIAseq miRNA index kit is designed for use within the QIAseq miRNA library preparation workflow for next-generation sequencing. The QIAseq miRNA system supports microRNA and small RNA library preparation as a gel-free Sample to Insight solution for differential expression analysis and novel miRNA discovery, with sequencing adapters, primers and indices compatible with Illumina platforms. QIAseq index reagents are used alongside QIAseq miRNA Library Kits to enable sample multiplexing for sequencing on Illumina NGS instruments. To ensure experimental consistency, the manufacturer recommends that all samples within a data set use the same type of indices (single or unique dual).
