QIAseq Library Quant Array Kit - Plate A/C/D/F 2 Arrays

Part of the QIAseq Library Quant System from QIAGEN, this array kit is designed for qPCR-enabled quantification of next-generation sequencing (NGS) libraries. The system provides a simple, out-of-the-box solution for quantifying NGS libraries, enabling consistent results with every NGS run.

Using real-time PCR, the array specifically quantifies DNA molecules with sequencing adaptors at both ends, ensuring optimal cluster density or template-to-bead ratio. In the array format workflow, two tenfold dilutions of the sample library are prepared so that the concentration falls within the range of the serially diluted standards. Samples are mixed with QIAseq qPCR SYBR Green Mastermix and aliquoted in technical triplicate across the array plate.

After PCR, raw CT values are exported to a provided data analysis Excel file for automatic calculation of library concentration (for the Illumina platform) or template dilution factor (for the Ion Torrent/Proton platform). The QIAseq Library Quant Array has been shown to quantify NGS libraries at concentrations below the detection limit of conventional methods such as Agilent's High Sensitivity DNA Kit on the 2100 BioAnalyzer.
