From QIAGEN's UNGS_UNIVERSAL NGS portfolio, the QIAseq FX DNA Library UDI-D Kit supports next-generation sequencing library preparation by integrating enzymatic fragmentation and unique dual indexes in a single streamlined workflow.

Combined with the QIAseq Library Normalizer Kit, the workflow enables library normalization without qPCR-based quantification. An automated demonstration on the Opentrons Flex NGS Workstation produced sequencing-ready libraries normalized to 4 nM, with the overall process completed in approximately 4–5 hours and less than 1 hour of hands-on time.
