QIAseq FX DNA Library UDI-C Kit (96)

From QIAGEN, this kit provides unbiased enzymatic fragmentation for Illumina next-generation sequencing. It is designed for whole-genome or metagenomic NGS library preparation, with or without PCR, and supports hybrid-capture target enrichment on Illumina instruments, delivering uniform coverage across GC-rich genomes.

The workflow is completed in 2.5 hours using 10 pg–1 µg of input DNA. The kit supplies buffers and reagents for DNA fragmentation (including end repair and A-addition), ligation, and library amplification, plus reagents for library normalization. Plates containing 96 unique dual index Y-adapters Set C are included. An all-enzymatic approach minimizes bias during whole-genome and hybrid capture library preparation for Illumina instruments.
