QIAseq FX DNA Library UDI-B Kit (96)

A QIAGEN library preparation kit for Illumina next-generation sequencing delivers unbiased enzymatic fragmentation with uniform coverage across GC-rich genomes. The workflow is completed in 2.5 hours from 10 pg to 1 µg of input DNA, supporting whole-genome or metagenomic NGS with or without PCR, as well as hybrid-capture target enrichment on Illumina instruments.

Buffers and reagents are provided for DNA fragmentation (including end repair and A-addition), ligation, and library amplification. The kit contains a plate of 96 unique dual index Y-adapters Set B, along with reagents for normalization of NGS libraries that use ligation-based full-length index adapters.

An all-enzymatic chemistry supports whole-genome and hybrid-capture library preparation with minimal bias on Illumina platforms.
