QIAseq FX DNA Library CDI Kit (96)

Combining unbiased enzymatic fragmentation with library preparation, the QIAseq FX DNA Library CDI Kit from QIAGEN supports scalable multiplexing through combinatorial dual indices (CDI). Designed for Illumina NGS workflows, the kit is suitable for whole-genome, metagenomic, and targeted DNA library preparation, with or without PCR, and for hybrid-capture target enrichment on Illumina instruments.

The enzymatic workflow delivers uniform coverage across GC-rich genomes in 2.5 hours and accepts 10 pg–1 µg of input DNA. Buffers and reagents are provided for DNA fragmentation (including end repair and A-addition), ligation, and library amplification, together with reagents for library normalization. Combinatorial dual index adapters are supplied in a pierceable foil-sealed plate format, allowing access to defined portions of the plate. The combination of enzymatic fragmentation and combinatorial dual indexing supports consistent, cost-efficient multiplexing for up to 96 libraries, with high library complexity and consistent coverage that prioritizes ease of use and reduced processing time.
