QIAseq FastSelect –rRNA Fly Kit (8)

QIAGEN offers this species-specific rRNA depletion reagent for use with Drosophila samples. It is designed to improve RNA-seq coverage of coding and noncoding transcripts during RNA-seq library preparation from D. melanogaster and related fly species, where performance depends on target rRNA sequence homology with D. melanogaster.

The reagent delivers RNA removal from full length or fragmented RNA samples. It integrates into standard library prep with a short, easy protocol suitable for small batch studies, is effective with degraded or low-input RNA, causes minimal workflow disruption, and remains compatible with downstream sequencing.
