QIAseq FastSelect –rRNA Fish Kit (96)

From QIAGEN, this rRNA removal kit is designed for RNA-seq library preparation from fish total RNA samples. The reagent delivers rapid removal of highly abundant RNA, supporting whole-transcriptome analysis workflows. It is intended for use with Danio rerio (zebrafish) and Salmo salar (atlantic salmon), and removes all annotated rRNAs in RefSeq and Ensembl for these two species. Depending on target rRNA sequence homology with D. rerio or S. salar, the kit can also be applied to additional fish species. The kit targets both cytoplasmic and mitochondrial rRNA and works with full-length as well as fragmented RNA inputs, supporting RNA inputs ranging from 1 ng to 1 μg.
