This RNA library preparation kit from QIAGEN delivers worm-specific oligonucleotide depletion to block reverse transcription of abundant C. elegans and related nematode rRNAs, along with other high-abundance transcripts. By removing these dominant sequences upstream of library construction, the workflow increases the proportion of usable sequencing reads that map to transcripts of interest.
