QIAseq Fastselect Custom Rna Removal Kit

QIAGEN's custom solution for RNA-seq workflows allows researchers to design their own reagent pools to deplete any RNA sequences of interest from their libraries. Custom pools can target up to 20,000 bases and are configured through the QIAseq FastSelect Custom Builder integrated with GeneGlobe.

The reagent integrates directly into existing stranded RNA-seq library preparation workflows as a single 14-minute inline step. Total RNA is combined with the FastSelect reagent before optional heat fragmentation, followed by stepwise cooling from 75°C to 25°C. No enrichment or sample pre-treatment is required, and the procedure is compatible with QIAGEN, Illumina, KAPA, and NEB stranded library preparation kits.

Performance is maintained across RNA inputs ranging from 1 ng to 1 µg, with reliable results from fresh, FFPE, and degraded RNA samples. The kit is provided with access to the GeneGlobe-integrated RNA-seq Analysis Portal, a web-based data analysis solution. The custom reagent is stable for 18 months under recommended storage conditions.
