QIAseq FastSelect Beads and Buffer Kit

A complementary magnetic bead and buffer set from QIAGEN, intended for purification and size selection steps within QIAseq FastSelect workflows. The kit supports bead-based cleanups designed to maximize library quality prior to sequencing and is compatible with both plate and tube formats.

Contents include FastSelect FH Buffer, Nuclease-free Water, QIAseq Beads, and QIAseq Bead Binding Buffer. The kit is shipped on blue ice and, upon receipt, components should be stored in a constant-temperature refrigerator at 2–8°C, where they remain stable until the date indicated on the box label. In accordance with QIAGEN's ISO-certified Quality Management System, each lot is tested against predetermined specifications to ensure consistent product quality.

The Beads and Buffer Kit is required when combining QIAseq FastSelect Custom with certain QIAseq FastSelect catalog kits that call for a bead cleanup step before initiating reverse transcription during NGS library preparation.
