QIAseq 96-Unique Dual Index Set B (384)

QIAGEN supplies this index kit as a box of unique dual-indexed adapters for QIAseq Targeted Panel sequencing on Illumina platforms. It enables indexing of up to 96 samples per set, with the kit capable of processing a total of 384 samples; Set B is the second of two sets required for multiplexing up to 192 samples.

The set uses 10 bp dual indices. Each well of the adapter plate corresponds to one sample index and is single use. Compatible only with Illumina instruments, the unique dual indexes are optimized for QIAseq Targeted Panel workflows, including QIAseq Targeted DNA, QIAseq RNAscan, and QIAseq Immune Repertoire RNA Library Kits. The combination of integrated unique molecular indices (UMIs) with these unique dual indexes is designed to deliver a high level of process safety by mitigating "index hopping" and mis-assignment of reads in sequencing data. The set is not suitable for QIAseq library prep kits that utilize Y-shaped adapter styles.

Index kits are shipped on dry ice and should be stored at –30°C to –15°C upon arrival, remaining stable until the expiration date printed on the kit label. The product is intended for molecular biology applications and is not intended for the diagnosis, prevention, or treatment of a disease.
