QIAseq 96-Index I Set C (384)

QIAGEN's QIAseq Index Kits range provides unique dual-indexed adapters designed for QIAseq Targeted Panel sequencing on Illumina platforms. The kit contains adapters for indexing up to 96 samples and is the 2nd of 4 sets required for multiplexing up to 384 samples. This unique dual bar-coded format is designed to mitigate "index hopping" and mis-assignment of reads, helping ensure confidence in sequencing data.

The adapters are compatible only with Illumina instruments and are optimized for QIAseq Targeted Panel workflows, including QIAseq Targeted DNA, QIAseq RNAscan and QIAseq Immune Repertoire RNA Library Kits. Note: not suitable for QIAseq library prep kits that utilize Y-shaped adapter styles. Unique Molecular Indices (UMIs) work alongside UDIs to address PCR duplicates and amplification artifacts in targeted sequencing panels.
