QIAseq 24-Index TCR UDI (24)

Manufactured by QIAGEN, this unique dual indexing kit supplies TUDI adapters and dual index primers for next-generation sequencing workflows targeting T-cell receptor (TCR) transcripts. Each prepared library is assigned two unique sample indices, helping to overcome errors introduced by image analysis, sequencing error and demultiplexing.

The UDI design reduces the risk of index bleeding ("index hopping"), an issue associated with next-generation sequencing instruments that use patterned flow cells.

This product is listed as a supported (required) index kit for the QIAseq Targeted RNA-seq Panel for T-cell Receptor, which enables targeted RNA-seq of the human or mouse TCR alpha, beta, gamma and delta genes. A 96-index UDI variant is offered as an alternative index kit for the same panel workflow.
