This QIAGEN kit provides a streamlined, single-reaction solution for amplicon and gene panel sequencing on Illumina platforms. The workflow is a simple one-step process that completes NGS library preparation in 30 minutes at room temperature, and supports any multiplex PCR amplification products, including targeted sequencing panels and microbial 16S/18S sequencing.

The optimized reaction system is compatible with starting DNA amounts as low as 10 pg, making the kit especially well suited for low-input fragmented samples such as cfDNA, ChIP-Seq, fine needle aspiration (FNA) and laser capture microdissection (LCM) samples.
