QIAseq 1Step Amplicon Lib UDI-C Kit (96)

An amplicon library preparation kit from QIAGEN, part of the QIAseq 1Step Amplicon product line. It provides a one-step, single-tube workflow that integrates amplification and Unique Dual Index (UDI) tagging, supporting up to 96 samples in a concise procedure designed to minimize handling. The chemistry is optimized for consistent coverage and high library yield for downstream Illumina sequencing and is suitable for targeted and microbial amplicon applications.

Within the broader QIAseq 1-Step Amplicon DNA Library Kit family, the workflow delivers a simple 30-minute NGS library preparation performed at room temperature. It accommodates multiplex PCR amplification products, including targeted sequencing panels and microbial 16S/18S sequencing amplicons. The optimized reaction system is compatible with as little as 10 pg of starting DNA and is particularly suited to low-input, fragmented samples such as cfDNA, ChIP-Seq material, fine-needle aspirates (FNA) and laser-capture microdissection (LCM) samples.
