QIAseq 16S/ITS 96-Index I (384)

QIAGEN adapters and sample indexes (Set A) are designed for use with QIAseq 16S/ITS Panels to generate Illumina-compatible libraries. The kit supports indexing configurations for up to 384 samples, with formats of 4 x 96 samples or 1 x 384 samples.

It is part of the QIAseq 16S/ITS screening and region panel workflow for next-generation sequencing-based Sample to Insight profiling of bacterial and fungal communities, targeting the 16S ribosomal RNA (rRNA) gene and Internal Transcribed Spacer (ITS) regions.
