QIAseq 16S/ITS 384 Index (Sets A,B,C,D)

From QIAGEN, these adapters and sample indexes (Set A) are designed for use with QIAseq 16S/ITS Panels to generate Illumina-compatible libraries in next-generation sequencing workflows. The kit provides adapters sufficient for indexing 384 samples, with formats supporting either 4 x 96 samples or 1 x 384 samples per run. The index kit supports Sample to Insight profiling of the 16S ribosomal RNA (rRNA) gene and Internal Transcribed Spacer (ITS) regions for characterization of bacterial and fungal communities.
