QIAcuity Nanoplate 8.5k 24-well (10)

A 24-well nanoplate from QIAGEN designed for use with QIAcuity Digital PCR Instruments. As part of the QIAcuity nanoplate-based dPCR workflow, the plate supports precise absolute quantification by partitioning samples into fixed-size partitions. QIAGEN's Volume Precision Factor (VPF) feature addresses potential variation in partition sizes between Nanoplate batches caused by different microstructure molding forms, and includes well-specific volume information to further increase the precision of concentration calculations in each well. Sample preparation follows a familiar qPCR-like approach: master mix, probes and primers are transferred to the nanoplate, followed by the addition of samples, before the integrated instrument performs partitioning, thermocycling and imaging in a single fully automated run. The plate is used together with QIAcuity reagents and assays for applications including mutation detection, copy number variation (CNV) analysis, gene expression studies and gene-editing analysis.
