QIAcuity Nanoplate 26k 8-well (10)

These microfluidic digital PCR plates from QIAGEN belong to the QIAcuity Nanoplate family and are designed for use on QIAcuity dPCR instruments. They can only be used with the QIAcuity Digital PCR System. The plates allow analysis of 8, 24, or 96 samples, with a maximum of 8,500 or 26,000 cleavages per well. When performing automated PCR setup and liquid handling on a QIAcuity Nanoplate with the QIAgility System, the dedicated QIAcuity Nanoplate Adapter should be used. Once setup is complete, the plate is loaded into the QIAcuity Digital PCR System for the dPCR reaction.

The Volume Precision Factor (VPF) offered with the QIAcuity system addresses potential variation of partition sizes in Nanoplate batches caused by different microstructure molding forms. The VPF includes batch-specific and well-specific volume information, which further increases precision of concentration calculation in each well of the Nanoplates.
