The kit uses high-yield, silica-membrane minElute columns to deliver inhibitor-free nucleic acids from low-titre samples and is designed to be compatible with a vacuum manifold for efficient processing of multiple samples. The resulting material is suited to downstream PCR, sequencing and diagnostic assays.
