QIAamp MinElute Virus Accessory Set

QIAGEN accessory set designed to complement the QIAamp MinElute Virus Spin Kit, supplying the buffers and reagents needed to automate viral DNA and RNA purification from plasma, serum, and cell-free body fluids on the QIAcube system. Isolated nucleic acids are of high quality and are suitable for sensitive downstream applications such as PCR and RT-PCR.

Elution volumes range from 20 to 150 µl, accommodating varied experimental requirements, and the workflow supports a sample volume of up to 0.2 ml. Sample processing is completed in less than one hour, helping to reduce hands-on time and increase throughput in routine molecular biology workflows.
