QIAamp DNA Blood Midi Kit (100)

A genomic DNA purification kit from QIAGEN uses silica-membrane technology to isolate DNA from whole blood, buffy coat, plasma, serum, bone marrow, and other body fluids. The kit supports sample volumes of up to 2 mL per preparation, with a centrifugation-based protocol that avoids organic solvents and precipitation steps. The resulting high molecular weight DNA is suitable for PCR, qPCR, sequencing, genetic testing, and forensic analysis.
