QIAamp DNA Blood Maxi Kit (50)

A silica-membrane-based purification kit from QIAGEN, the QIAamp DNA Blood Maxi Kit isolates genomic, mitochondrial, or viral DNA from whole blood, plasma, serum, and other body fluids. Built on proven QIAamp technology, it accepts a wide range of starting materials including fresh and frozen whole blood, buffy coat, plasma, serum, bone marrow, lymphocytes, platelets, body fluids, cultured cells, swabs, and buccal cells.

Maxi-format spin columns can be processed in either a centrifuge or on vacuum manifolds. The kit belongs to the QIAamp DNA Blood Kit family, which supports sample volumes from 200 μl up to 10 ml of fresh or frozen human whole blood.
