A single-use disposable reaction plate for the QIAGEN PyroMark Q96 pyrosequencing platform, this consumable supports sequence-based analysis of bisulfite-converted DNA across multiple sample targets. The 96-well format enables simultaneous processing of up to 96 sequencing reactions per run, with each well receiving template-bead mix from streptavidin-based sample preparation. Typical sequencing reactions in this plate use a 50 ul sample volume per well, with enzymes and substrates dispensed by the PyroMark cartridge during the run.
